  • Experience in managing complex sustainable projects with high attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders and find alternative sustainable solutions

  • Experience in networking and relationship management oriented

  • Superior process management skills: exceptional time management and follow-through; experience with deadline-driven projects in a fast-paced environment with view on sustainable and green solutions

  • Time management (including the ability to multi-task), personnel management, budgeting/management of financial resources, and management of sustainable material resources also

  • Learning skills: ability to absorb and apply new knowledge, along with the personal desire for continuous and sustainable learning

  • Problem-solving skills: The creation of the sustainable organization is in part driven by need to find commonly accepted solutions to a new set of complex problems

  • Persuading, handling conflicts, and influencing change. This shows the type of leadership skills that are needed to affect change within an organization or among a group of stakeholders; these skills are used to identify and achieve corporate responsibility goals or community sustainability and green goals

  • Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative and sustainable solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

  • Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate alternative and sustainable environmental options and implement (green) solutions

  • Near vision: The ability to see green details at close range

  • Experience in managing complex sustainable projects with high attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders and find alternative and sustainable solutions

  • Today's apparent solutions could be tomorrow's problem if they do not take into consideration long-term and system-wide impacts. Problem-solving also requires flexibility, sustainable thinking and the ability to pull information, also concerning green visions

  • Analyze, consolidate and drive the implementation of the Project Procurement Plan for new development or construction projects; manage the realization of the plan periodically; associate consolidated project needs to the Procurement Managers

  • Manage the continuous and sustainable improvement of the planning processes and tools – in cooperation with the organizations global functions
