Bibi’s magical atelier – 12 educational and cultural programs for the children and young people aged 6 to 19 (about 200 meetings with 1.500 participants)
MISSION 1 – TO EXPLORE, PRESERVE AND PROMOTE LOCAL CULTURE AND CULTURAL HERITAGE
In the purpose of preservation of the local cultural heritage and collection of the materials from various scientific areas (geology, geography, anthropogeography, literature, history of literature, folkloristics, archeology, biology, history, ethnology, anthropology, sociology, linguistics, dialectology, etc.) the Library cooperates with the scientific institutions, cultural institutes, scientists and researchers, and gives support to scientific researches or is the carrier of the projects of the scientific and research character.
MISSION 2 – TO MAKE A SPACE OF CHILDHOOD JOY
In the purpose of creation of the reading habits, cherishing love towards books and reading and encouraging of the youngest to become and remain active users of the library services, through group and individual work, cultural and educational programs the Library tries to give them as many information as possible on library and information funds, ways and possibilities of usage of the library resources and information in general.

Is a cheerful festival, which, since 2016, has been organized by the Library in cooperation with well-known writers and artists, and which, through literary, artistic, music and drama programs and workshops, inspires, supports and promotes creativity and competencies of children and young people.
