STORY
The International Laboratory Residui Teatro was created in Rome; in 2000 Gregorio Amicuzi beThe International Laboratory Residui Teatro was created in Rome; in 2000 Gregorio Amicuzi became its Artistic Director. It founded two spaces of International training: Artigianato Teatrale in Italy and Centro de las Artesanías de las Artes Escénicas (CAAE) in Spain in 2009. CAAE is a theatre house, a place where actors, dancers and craftsmen alike, create their own path of wisdom and connection with the community.
In the last 21 years, Residui Teatro has produced more than twenty shows and performances, creating its own teaching method with workshops and master classes and has promoted festivals and international projects. The group follows the idea of theatre as a tool for dialogue and personal and social transformation presenting workshops and shows in more than than 25 countries in Europe, America, Africa and Asia. International Laboratory Residui Teatro welcomes volunteers and artists in practice, develops international projects, and realizes the international meeting TTT.
